Sandra has a Bachelors of Arts degree in dance from Butler University and is on her way to a Masters Degree. Danced professional Ballet with The Indiana Ballet Company and The Philadelphia Opera Company Ballet Company. A Licentiate in all styles with the ISTD, membership level with the NDTA in all styles. She is a member of the PDF and an examiner with DIVIDA, and was past secretary of the ISTD.
Sandra was a consistant Professional finalist at the North American Championships, Imperial Star, Imperial, Virginia State, Mid United States and many other International Latin Championships. With over 15 Open Professional International Latin Final Placings
She won National Top Teacher of the year twice and was presented with a car at the 1993 United States Ballroom Championships.
Competing with her students throughout the United States and Canada against both the nations top male and female teachers. Her students have achieved, and won, Open US Pro Am Titles, represented the US at World Amateur events, and are presently finalists at major Professional Championships throughout the US.
Presented with the NDCA Civic Achievement award, in 2008, for her outstanding contribution in the developement of wheelchair dancing throughout the United States. She has written the first structured method, and syllabus for wheelchair dancing in the world. Her wheelchair couples have demonstrated at major championships throughout the US and Canada.
She has just completed work in the UK, assisting her so Brian, for the BBC3's upcoming reality show called "Dancing On Wheels".
She also is a certified fitness instructor and previous judge at the regional Miss Fitness USA competitions.
She owns and coaches at The Universal Dancesport Center, Collingswood New Jersey, where she also trains professionals for their ISTD cetification tests. At present she judges at most major Championships nationally, including the United States Dance Championships, Ohio Star Ball, La Classoque Du Quebec, North American Championships,and the WDC World Pro Am Championships,etc.

A Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, Board Certified Foot Surgeon, Diplomate of The American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and Fellow of The American College of Foot Surgeons. Naval Officer, and past Chief of Foot Surgery at the US Naval Hospital, Camp Lejeune NC,
Has won most pro/am scholarships in the US, top Amateur Latin Competitor at the Ohio Star Ball, Holding 4 Pro/Am Open US Titles including International Latin and American Rhythm styles.
Represented the US at the World Amateur Latin Championships 1993. A Feather Award recepient in 1992 as top Amateur Latin couple along with partner Stacy Martin. As a Professional, a finalist in the North American Rising Star International Latin, and finalist in Open Latin at the American Star Ball, Virginia State Championships and the Maryland DanceSport Championships.
For the past 12 years, as Andy Fortuna Productions, producer and executive producer of the world renowned Latin Jam CDs, besides being distributed around the world, the mussic has been featured on "Dancing With The Stars", The Olympics, IMG's NBC Latin Invitational, Donnie and Marie Show, Morey Povich show, Cathi & Regis Show, ESPN's DanceSport Series, BBCs "Strictly Come Dancing", Nippon TVs World Pro/Am Championships, The movie, "Mad About Mambo", and most competitions throughout the US and The World.
